The primer finishing is illuminating and it create smooth and glow makeup. With US$9.99 for 12 month, this is the best primer that you can added up in your makeup wardrobe. Thisprimer is suitable for dry skin. the pore minimizing may not be as great as you expected but the claimed is correct.
They do minimizes pore but not in extra lengthy effect since it need to be matched with your foundation. If you use this primer base with high coverage foundation, it may work to minimize pores in extra length.
The best things about this primer is not only can be use with illuminating foundation but matte too, without making the makeup look horrible, also this primer can be use as strobbing ligh after you use foundation. It is double function.
While back in San Fransisco, I feel that Milani is drugstgore that provide a great quality that almost reach high end brand. This primer alon can be use as dupe for Lancome La Base primer base that I used it last time.
There is lots of drug store and indie brand that cover high end brand quality, rather than buying for $30 and above. However, I have slight confuse of Milani Cosmetics pricing in Singapore which is quite expensive, if I have to compare it to US.
