You heard it everywhere but seems like the voice of skincare expert it’s overshadow by marketing voice from influencer. There is lots of skincare tips circulating around the internet. So, when we try to apply the skincare tips for our skin, the risk will be on us. It is necessary to understand and put weight of consideration of the source. For example: if an influencer without any knowledge giving skincare advice, you really need to consider it heavily.
However, in today’s world with the power of internet. It seems we all always look up what this influencer use and how they use? because the camera trick us a lot, and I am going to reveal it real soon.
Double cleanse is the use of facial wash and lukewarm water. Double means you wash your face 2 times with the same step.
Double cleanse is important because it is ensure that your skin is clean but not dry. Excessive makeup or skincare that has already been in our face for hours will not be so easy to clean, therefore this is where double cleanse play important role. It is also recommended for all skin type.
It is not gonna dry if you use the right cleanser. Such as Cetaphil cleanser is not recommended by skincare expert but everyone trusted cetaphil as a legitimate skincare brands that will only create skin friendly product when in reality it is not.
Most people suprised when I tell that Cetaphil will slowly reduce the elasticity of your skin and make it dry in inner layer of skin yet most people still trusted the brand.
First cleanser that you need to pick is oil cleanser or balm cleanser. Oil cleanser if you are not careful enough to choose the right one, it will make your skin breakout instantly. Below is the 2 oil cleanser that I reviewed and still love
Some of you may use cleansing balm instead of water base cleanser. This is necessary if you have dry and dehydrated skin. As we ages, our skin produce oil very slow in returned we need to replace it with the use of oil cleanser, balm cleanser and face oils.
Second, water base cleanser is a cleanser that most of beauty retail will sell. This type of cleanser, if you pick wrong cleanser it will dry or even worst, breakup your skin.
To pick the good skin cleanser see the ingredients listed in the palckaging and do some research, remove all the cleanser on your list that contain ingredients that will eventually dry your skin, such as artificial frangrance, alcohol and lots of other ingredients. DOUBLE CLEANSING IS PART OF EXFOLIATION SEQUENCE
Have you heard that exfoliation is such a hype in beauty community but yet double cleanser is underrated, in such manner that it is almost forgotten that this is the first step of exfoliation.
Exfoliation means to cleanse your skin and remove dead skincells. Giving your skin the best benefit of skincare routine that you do, in same cases it may also work to provide solution for uneven tone, skin pigmentation, skin breakout and it is helps to make your skin glow, plump also in the extent to brighten up skin.
Face scrub is also part of exfoliation. For dry skin people, choose face scrub wisely. It is best to use face scrub that could melt into milky texture to avoid breaking the layer of your skin, that could potentially harm your skin texture.
The face scrub that I currently use is SOS madara oil-to-milk face scrub, this face scrub contains oil that work to solve dry skin problem, the scrub turned it texture after touching warm water into milky texture. The face scrub work to remove exccesive sebum while replacing it with the oils.
It doesn’t create the feeling of tight in skin. Some people like this feeling because the feel like having a botox when it is absolutely not a botox. Those tight feeling happenedis because your skin turned to extreme dry. It is not firming the skiHi n but harm the skin.
It is important to note the ingredients listed in face cleanser.
