Hi guys, I decided to write down office beauty tips after 4 months working with my company and realised some changes to my skin. I will say with complete honesty that it is not easy to have a good smooth skin when I am under pressure and stress. I also feel tired and fatigued.

Therefore before we get into makeup. Let me do the basic understanding for you once more on this article alone. Anyway, the blog will experience the changes in the content as well. I wanted to add more such as personal stories and thoughts a long time ago but don’t have the courage still to share.

Right at this time, I am just thinking that perhaps you somewhere will also feel or experience the same way as me. Therefore I needed your feedback too when I am about to share my own personal stories.

I still wish that this platform of mine is part of my hobby besides travelling and reading romantic stories online. So, let’s get on to discuss how to get a good skin during your under pressure and stress moment time.

If you already know what kind of skin you gave then the next step is to realize your surroundings. For me, I know that Singapore is humid. I often take public transport therefore I am expose to dust and humidity from morning till afternoon time.

also, sweat andnadditional the cold air conditioning that could potentially harm my skin elasticity. I have dry And dehydrated skin, this kind of environment Will eventually makes my skin even worst that actual conditions.

Plus, sometimes I forget to drink water during my busy days. I always do 3 point below:

  1. I put on my office desk 1 litre of bottled water.
  2. Moist mist in my pocket. Whenever I feel my skin dehydrated I will spray it but of course not in my office.
  3. less junk food and snack. More tea, juice and healthy food.

To be honest, it’s very hard for me to focus on eating healthy good food but I am totally annoyed looking at small pimples that keep popping on my skin. I want it smooth.

Another secret of mine is when I notice that the changes in the skin from my birth control and I notice the good things about my birth control such as keeping my period to stay regular and my skin to stay smooth. That happened to me, I am very thankful for my OBGYN that introduce me to the pills. Additionally is STRESS and mental health. It plays important rule for a good mind, body and skin. I suggest is to travel abroad. I do that as detoxification from the toxic environment and people. Getting away from the toxic office is good for me once and for awhile.

However, if you work where most of your office co-worker is toxic then I suggest to changes job even though It is difficult in this kind of economic situation. I’ve been there, looking for a job in other country for 2.5 years but all of that is worth it.

After we get to know our skin condition and the environment we live in. Let’s move on to the skincare

I have the habit of touching my chin while I am doing my work. That causing pimples around that area. Eating my favourite junk food and snack is the second cause. I also realized that my skin cannot stay dehydrated or else the pimples will come out.

I started the day with refilling my water bottle for 1 litre of water. 3 tomes a week applying sheet mask or use hydration leave on mask everytime I feel my skin dry and dehydrated. The good mask that I currently use for my skin is Origin skincare and hadalabo Sheetmask. It’s hydrate and replenish moisture in my skin.

I apply C serum and Tretinoid everytime my skin suffers from pimples. A good layer of essence is part pf my daily routine followed by oil free, fragrances free and non-comedogenic face moisturizing cream that can last a day in aircon or heated environment without blocking the pores.

For above routines:

  1. Timeless Skin Care 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum = C serum to prevent more pimples and brighten up post acne scar.
  2. First Aid Beauty ultra repair cream is a good hydrating cream that is in creamy white texture that good for dehydrated and dry skin. While oily skin better to use gel texture to prevent pores clogging.
  3. CERAVE face moisturizer is a very good moisturizing for all skin, especially those who suffer from post acne scar.
