After going into the journey of seeking sheet mask from one to other beauty stores. I finally found 2 of sheet mask brands from the drug store that works with my dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin with adult acne. If you have previously seen these 3 articles:
The you may happened to encounter what my skin looks like. Most of the acnes is big stone like acnes that nesting around my jaw. I hate it so much but they keep growing in that areas. My skin cannot be too dehydrated and dry or too hydrated or moist. It is like facing the biggest dilemma ever.
What I do is I using Tretinoin that my dermatologist advice me to use. Every two day, I use the tretinoin and then followed by sheet mask. This is where it get tricky to solve. My skin will be dry and maybe or maybe not dehydrated. I use these two sheet mask and basically putting on my instinct of which one to use.
The best hydrating and moisturizing sheet mask. I introduce my friend to use these 2 sheet mask and they love it too. This one instantly removes dehydration in the skin and also moisten but if your skin is dry, it is still advisable to use moisturiser (hydrating cream + face cream + occlusive = moisturizer) and face oils to prevent dryness. Face oils gotta be your besties if you suffer from dry skin.
This sheet mask could last about 45 minutes, while the others sheet mask that I try can only last for 10–15 minutes. You may need to apply the essence around the sheet mask and after you remove the sheet mask use the essence again and apply your facial essence to layer up and turned your skin into glass looking skin. Then followed by all your skincare routines. No skin breakout occurs during the use but if I use hydrating products way too much, it will eventually produce whitehead because it blocked my skin pores. It is also better to use Hyaluronic Acid before you apply sheet mask if you have any and if you forget to apply hyaluronic acid then you can apply afterwards, then apply your essence.
HadaLabo has a range of product that I need to be picky with because some products are useful and others bring more problem to my skin. It is all about ingredients and I avoid using skincare that contains certain ingredients.
The level of hydration is more than enough but lower than Senka Perfect Aqua Rich (above). This is the only alpha sheetmask that really works for my skin. Other sheetmask from HadaLabo is not working out for my skin — skin breakout occur. Yet, most of the essence from HadaLabo is really good, see article below for review:
