MY BEST APP FOR PERIOD TRACKING AND FEMALE HEALTH (female only)

Find yourself not able to track your period and want to know where to prepare yourself for potential pregnancy or simple just want to supply your tampon in your handbag.

Last week I try out a few apps for tracking period and find 1 cute app that has all my need. The apps are called PERIOD TRACKER, download here. The app is available in the App store and Play store. The logo of the app is as below:

You can type Period Tracker, My Calendar or Period Track.

From this onward I will be using my own calendar as an example. If some of you may feel that is inappropriate to share about it. Kindly close this article.

The calendar that they provide matches with my period schedule

It reminds me that my period gonna start on 8 March to 11 March. The small pink flower sign is to remind me that I have medium fertility chances of getting pregnant

REMINDER OF BREAST EXAM AND BIRTH CONTROL PILLS

I personally like this features so much because this gonna be useful and annoying for me. Since, the reminder will gonna be like my sister going on and on about how important to go to OBGYN, and I often late for that. Now with this, I could schedule ahead.

EXPORTING DOCTOR DOCUMENT AND JOIN FORUM

You can also export your doctor document and even set the password. Set up a widget to use or even contribute to the forum but for the part of exporting doctor document and forum. I may not be recommending it to you since the doctor document will be private and confidential between you and your doctor. Contributing to the forum may appear a little bit ambiguous because each one of us, have a different condition for this part and it is a sensitive topic. I feel that it may create a problem that cannot be solved except going to the doctor.
