i am gonna rate this 8 out of 10, it is a good hand oil if you use alongside with hand cream. It does heal your skin in permanent way but it makes you dependent on it if your skin is really dry.
It is necessary to start nurturing your hand and feet skin in early ages by bringing hand cream anywhere you go and use it after you wash your hands. Those hand soap is not friendly to skin, they are the one who make your skin dry and aging quickly. Most of hand soap contain SLS even the one in bubble bottle.
