I tested out the famous FOREO face cleanser The face cleanser designed specifically for people like me who dislike fussy and complicated stuff of recharging beauty tools. It designed with one time use of battery, without recharge at all. The LUNA PLAY is suitable for you who is occasional occasional traveller and someone who have schedule so pack that even forget to charge your own smartphone
I compare it with another brand of face cleanser brush. The result is really shocking. I realize that I am so judgmental because I feel this is waste of money and trendsetter, but turn out I have been so wrong. I have never try FOREO before, but another face cleanser brush that totally doesn’t work to even cleanse my skin properly.
But, boy! I am wrong.
In my eyes before I try FOREO, I view all of them brushes look just the same with same function. Even some of them have same design and the only things that different is the brand logo.
FOREO created different type and design based on what your face need. Different intensity of brushes that can penetratee to the deepest skin layers and clean all of them sebum and excess makeup.
My other face cleanser brush can’t penetrate and work just cleansing the outer of my skin. Design of face cleanser brush makes the clean experience different too. For example, the LUNA PLAY is small and light weight, it can reach into the skin around my nose. The brush itself is cleansing when it vibrate. All I have to do just do the circular motion and feel the result.
After a while trying it, I realize that I don’t need that much of cleanser to cleanse my face. I normally do double cleansing (using oil base and water base cleanser). When I use the FOREO, I use one pump of either oil cleanser, if I don’t apply makeup or water base cleanser, if I apply makeup.
The brush worked as supporting tools of exfoliator that could make my skincare absorb quickly. It does makes my skin look healthier and glowing after using it.
Not really necessary but it is a good tools that could help you achieve a healthy skin yet for some people especially those who stillhave acnaic skin and may easily trigger by doing facial or any kind of face treatment, then it is best to skip this tools.
For those who have dead skin cells, uneven tone or white/black head this tools help you to get rid of those problems since it work to cleanse into the deepest layer but don’t expect it to get rid all of them white/black head because that’s not the main function of this tools but my own finding.
For uneven tone, it could solve because the absorption level of skin increase as you use this tools so my finding is when you use this tools with the right skincare that solve uneven tone problem, it may help you to solve it quickly, than without.
Will I repurchase this product? Yes, I will since it cost only US$ 49.00 and it’s so easy to carry around but I think I will consider the rechargeable FOREO face brush.
Is FOREO just part of HYPE in beauty community?
My answer is yes, but I trust that the community won’t acknowledge if something doesn’t have a bombastic result, and after years FOREO still remain as best facial cleanser brush and lot’s of people even influencers who doesn’t get paid to promote the product, buying, using and even share it.
I will recommend to buy LUNA PLAY as a test drive before deciding to buy FOREO that cost hundred over bucks.
