Based on my own experience, I manage to see in the surface that these people is actually toxic yet during 1st day all I could think is ‘sustaining this job’ – therefore I try to be friends with anyone in the office.
HOW TO SPOT THEM:
THEY ALWAYS BE THE TALK IN THE OFFICE
I spot the group of girl in the pantry and all they could talk about this particular girl that cannot perform really well in the job yet asking weird stuff.
On my second week, this girl actually really talk about weird stuff to me. She boast about her performance but investigating my work background
THEY ALWAYS NERVOUS WHEN NEW STAFF COMING
Thinking all new staff as competitor is the proof that this toxic people is the people who cannot perform well in their job.
All the do is spreading rumor or kicking the new staff out

From my experience is either they are
- Drama Queen in the office
- Toilet with makeup bags
- Speak without intergrity
- Always watch over other works
- Waiting for others to start drama
- Calling your by ‘babes’ or any other names that makes them feel the trendiest girl in the office
