Hello travel lovers, welcome to my blog. This is my 1st review article for hotel. I was traveling to Paris on January 2020 before COVID-19 even happening. I am so glad I made decision to travel with my family, because I almost want to cancel the trip.
The hotel as you see on the featured images can be seen on this link. It is a simple hotel with a Parisian vibe that makes me wonder is everything in France is actually so small or is it me that use to have such a huge space. We book 2 room, 1 for our parent and 1 for 3 of us siblings. The room is not as big as what we imagine in the picture will be. We have 3 big luggage and 2 hands carry that cannot fit inside the room but we manage to just fit it in.
The bathroom is clean, even the bedroom is clean. It just that the lift and stair are not efficient for elderly people like my parent or chubby people like me. It was winter during that time and we have to wait outside to inform our arrival because the hotel receptionist was too tiny to fit lots of people. The front desk space as you can see in the featured image is not as fancy as any other hotel that we booked for this travel.
This is actually the first time that we stayed in classic, simple, tiny and Parisian vibe hotel. Perhaps this hotel designed to fit french people body that are slim figure. Outside hotel, you can spot stores around so it is easier for you to just purchase clothes. Uber is available in paris from booking car to food delivery uber eat.
From this hotel to Arc De Triumph, it takes around 15 minutes without the traffic congestion. You can spot the bustling city view and lots of cafe. You can also walk to Starbucks coffee shop by walking from the hotel. If you are 1st time traveling to Paris, the only thing you need to concerned is the public toilet.
I suggest that you buy something in the cafe and borrow the toilet than use the public toilet because it is dirty. Well, if you try to google about Paris more, you may also find out about pick pocketing too. When I was traveling to visit Versailles palace I spot bunch of youngster shout “B***h” — I was so surprised but since I have been told about it so I guess it’s normal.

Slightly expensive given the space is not what we imagine

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is very approachable

They can talk in english.
